The Spiraling to Wellness Podcast was created to share stories, provide insights and ultimately empower you to move “your” mountains.

Each episode explores one of the themes centered around awareness, movement, and nutrition at Nourishing Storm Yoga Studio and is featured in the Spiraling to Wellness book series. Each episode provides practices and tools to use in your mindful journey from “waiting for the storm to pass” to “dancing in the rain”.

  • It is our intention to inspire you along the way with conversations brewing at the Storm…and beyond. Leading the talks is Kristin Ritter, Founder of Nourishing Storm Wellness Co- a yoga studio located in Hatboro, PA- yoga teacher, holistic health and life coach, writer, truth-seeker, adventurer, and mama of two little gurus. Nourishing Storm offers healing sips and bites, weekly yoga classes, events, coaching, massage, meditation, reiki, retreats, teacher training, and opportunities to license your own Storm in your community.

Rewilding + Staying in Awe with Nancy Pickwell

For the July theme of REWILD, Spiraling to Wellness Host, Kristin Ritter and guest, Nancy Pickwell start from seed to share interesting insights and meaningful practices for connecting with the wilder side of life. Nancy is a Wellness Coordinator and Mentor at Carousel Connections, the founder of Love Bulbs (lovebulbsco.com), a Nourishing Storm yoga teacher, and “garden guru” bringing color, beauty, and life to the patch of land next to swiig Café. She talks about how wild it is to plant seeds and watch them grow into flowers and food and how that “wild turns into magic.” Tune in to hear more about rewilding and importance of “living in” all that life brings you.

Following some significant career and personal changes, Jamie discusses how she evolved from a narrow viewpoint of life to one of openness and authenticity by choosing to change her perspective, let go of the past, and focus on the here and now. She encourages anyone to look at a hard time in their life and see what blessings may have come out of it and how this can make the struggles ahead easier to face.
