A guided journey for those standing at a threshold, ready to step into what’s next. Each session takes you inward—strengthening your inner compass while offering practical and energetic tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Awareness: Meaningful conversation, meditation, and intuitive inquiry to understand what’s stirring within and what’s ready to shift.
Movement: Personalized yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices to create steadiness, strength, and ease in your body and energy.
Nutrition: Simple, supportive nourishment tools to help you feel vibrant, grounded, and at home within yourself.
Spirit: Soul-aligned guidance, ritual, intention-setting, and nature’s wisdom to reconnect you with your deeper purpose and inner knowing.

These four weeks offer a tender, spacious container for anyone navigating change — career shifts, identity transitions, relationship transitions, burnout, reinvention, or simply the quiet knowing that life is asking you to grow in a new direction.
All of this unfolds in a cozy studio space or virtually from wherever you call home.

The Trail Map
Session 1 — Clarity & Awakening: Hearing What Your Heart Is Saying
This first session creates the foundation for your trail map. Together we will sink into breath, grounding practices, and meaningful conversation to uncover:
- What season of life you’re in
- What’s calling you forward
- What patterns or fears are asking to shift
- What you truly want (not what you “should” want)
- Where your energy feels most alive
Through meditation, intuitive inquiry, and mindful movement, we begin to clear the fog around your path and reconnect you with your natural rhythm and wisdom.
Session 2 — Integration & Insight: Understanding Your Patterns
With clarity emerging, this session explores your inner landscape that shapes your choices — your habits, stories, energy patterns, and inner blocks.
Together, we gently identify:
- What supports your growth
- What drains or distracts you
- What beliefs are ready to soften or dissolve
- Where confidence needs strengthening
- How your body responds to transitions
Yoga, breathwork, and somatic awareness help release stuck energy. Reflective prompts and spiritual guidance support deeper understanding.
Session 3 — Embodiment & Action: Taking Aligned Steps Forward
This is where insight becomes movement. We will begin shaping the path that feels right for you — not through pressure, but through intuitive, aligned steps.
We will explore:
- What small steps feel spacious and doable
- How to follow the pull of purpose
- How to create daily or weekly rituals that support your direction
- What nourishment (food, movement, rest, inspiration) your body needs right now
- How to build confidence through practice
Spiritual advising and coaching combine with breath-centered yoga to help you embody your emerging self.
Session 4 — Confidence & Continuity: Becoming the Path
In this final week, we will gather everything you’ve discovered and anchor it into your life to get you started on your new path.
Together, we:
- Celebrate your growth
- Identify your new patterns
- Strengthen your intentions
- Clarify what support you’ll continue to need
- Create a sustainable rhythm for moving forward
This session helps you step into the next chapter feeling grounded, supported, and empowered — knowing that the path is unfolding for you and with you.

Meet Our Storm Life Coach
Kristin Ritter
Bachelor’s in Business & Marketing • RYT 500 • Holistic Health Coach • Counseling Graduate Student
Kristin is a yoga teacher, lifelong student, mother, space-holder, lover of nature, traveler, adventurer, and above all, a mentor. She is currently in graduate school training to become a Counselor, deepening her understanding of human behavior, healing, and the art of supporting others through life’s most meaningful transitions.
She is passionate about helping others discover what they are truly called to do — and how to weave that calling into the rhythms of everyday life with balance, joy, and a sense of beauty along the way.
Kristin received her Holistic Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has completed over 500 hours of yoga training. With two decades of experience starting and running businesses, she brings a unique blend of grounded wisdom, intuitive insight, and practical guidance to her clients. In both private and group settings, she helps individuals uncover their authentic selves, set meaningful goals, and align their actions with their true nature — all within a supportive, compassionate space.
When she’s not dancing through “the Storm” or exploring forest trails with her two little gurus and their puppy, she can often be found traveling the country, supporting entrepreneurs as they create and grow their own juice bars and wellness businesses. Kristin believes that with passion, support, and a strong foundation in health, home, and heart, anything is possible.

Taking the first step
1. Begin with a Free Consultation
Your journey starts with a gentle, no-pressure conversation where you can explore what’s calling you, ask questions, and get a feel for the Storm Life Path. This time helps us determine whether this approach aligns with your needs and season of life.
2. When You’re Ready to Move Forward
We’ll meet either online (via Google Meet) or in person at the cozy Storm Life office in Hatboro — whichever supports you best.
Together, we’ll choose the days, times, and rhythm of your sessions, whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Between sessions, you’ll begin to gently practice and apply the tools we explore — letting new patterns, insights, and confidence take root in your everyday life.
During our time together, we’ll ask meaningful questions, go deep, set intentions, practice movement and breath, and work with supportive tools to help you create the life you feel called toward.
