Yogi of the Month- September 2025

“Attending yoga classes at Nourishing Storm has been a grounding and uplifting part of my week. I especially enjoy the Bliss and Yin Yoga sessions each one leaves me with the same calm, rejuvenated feeling as if I had just stepped out of a long massage.

The timing could not be more perfect: starting at 6 a.m. and ending at 7, the classes give me a peaceful yet energized start to my workday. I love the quiet of the early morning, when the studio feels serene and inviting, and I can step onto my mat before the busyness of the day begins.

The instructors create such a welcoming atmosphere, gentle guidance, soothing playlists, calming & fragrant essential oils and thoughtful pacing that help me stay present. The space itself radiates warmth and comfort, making it easy to leave behind any stress and simply breathe.

With consistent practice, I’ve noticed subtle but powerful shifts—better focus, improved posture, and a sense of inner calm that lingers long after class. Yoga here has become more than exercise; it feels like a ritual of renewal that carries me through the week.

For me, The Nourishing Storm isn’t just a place to stretch and move—it’s where I recharge, reconnect, and find balance in both body and mind.”
