Ariel Evans

Yoga Instructor

"Breath work and stretching has always been a huge part of my life. My mom taught me the importance of deep breathing as a very small child. My father taught me the value of stretching. Prayer and meditation was important in our faith and connecting to God. It was just the way of life."

And as an athlete for most of her life, Ariel valued stretching and strengthening her body. When a car accident sidelined her at 15 to a wheelchair with several broken vertebrae, ribs and both arms, she became determined to heal and get back on the field. She found a book on yoga and through studying the practice, she restored her body.

With a deep passion and understanding of hurt and broken bodies, she became a massage therapist in 1999 and has offered yoga and specific stretches to her clients for maximum health. In 2019, Ariel became a certified yoga instructor. She loves helping and leading others to deepening their practice, stretching and strengthening their bodies and finding their best selves on their mat. With four amazing kids, she is now instilling in them the importance of breath work, stretching and strengthening their bodies and prayer and meditation....and seeking and finding the adventure at every turn.
