Yogi of the Month- January 2026

“I started practicing yoga about 3 years ago with the hopes of restoring flexibility. Yin was the first class I was the most comfortable with. The slow meditative nature of the class felt right. While many of the positions were difficult and impossible at first, I continued to try and over time there was improved flexibility. I also noticed becoming more aware of nature and was better able to let things go. My wish for the new year is that we can all find ways to let go of things that burden us, enjoy the little things in life and find peace. Happy New Year!”
