Kathleen Keyes

Yoga Instructor

Kathleen Keyes brings a grounded, heart-centered approach to yoga, shaped by her deep roots in education and leadership. With a background as a school leader and educator, Kathleen spent years supporting students, teachers, and families with intention and care—while navigating the fast pace and responsibility that comes with leadership.

Yoga became her space to slow down, reconnect, and breathe. What began as a personal practice for balance evolved into a meaningful calling. Kathleen first completed her 200-hour yoga certification in 2020 during COVID, deepening her personal practice during a time of uncertainty, and recently graduated from Nourishing Storm’s YTT program in 2026, further expanding her teaching and connection to community.

Through mindfulness and movement, Kathleen discovered a more sustainable way of living and leading—one rooted in presence, boundaries, and inner calm.

With additional training in Yoga Nidra, mindfulness, chair yoga, and children’s yoga, Kathleen now shares her practice with both adults and children. At Nourishing Storm, she leads slow, intentional flow classes and thoughtfully designed children’s yoga series that integrate creative, take-home mindful crafts—helping students carry their practice beyond the mat.

Inspired by nature, Kathleen’s classes are nurturing, accessible, and deeply calming. She believes peace isn’t something we chase—it’s something we return to, again and again. Off the mat, you can find her in nature—hiking, kayaking, or with her family creating meaningful memories.
