Ginger Solomon

MS, E-RYT 200, CAHC, YACEP

Ginger completed her 200hr RYT yoga teacher training at Yogasphere, Newtown in early 2012 and founded Blossom Ayurveda & Yoga later that same year. In February 2015, she completed Level One Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA under the direction of Sudha Carolyn Lundeen, a senior Kripalu legacy instructor.  She continued her studies in Restorative Yoga with Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., PT and completed her signature Relax and Renew Level 1 Teacher Training in February of 2020. 

Ginger continues to study monthly with Ms. Lasater. In addition, Ginger is a National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) board certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor (CAHC) who counsels clients about Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle habits to achieve better health through the wisdom of this ancient medical science.  Ginger is a Yoga Alliance Certified Educational Provider (YACEP) and has a Master's Degree (MS) in Anatomy and Physiology from Penn State which brings great depth and knowledge to her teachings and own practice.

Ginger lives in Washington Crossing with her husband, Ben, and has a blended family of three adult children. She enjoys spending time with her family on sailing vacations, tending to her flower and vegetable gardens and walking her dog, Cookie Dough.
