Beth Muller

Yoga Instructor

Beth’s journey with yoga began more than 35 years ago, following a car accident that left her with a back injury. What started as a path to recovery quickly became a lifelong passion and an integral part of her approach to wellness. With over 30 years of experience as a fitness professional, Beth has led countless group exercise classes and encouraged people of all ages and abilities to move with purpose, mindfulness, and confidence.

After undergoing a total knee replacement, Beth discovered a new appreciation for mindful, low-impact movement. She now specializes in classes designed to support older adults and those seeking gentle, effective ways to stay active and balanced. Her credentials include an American College of Sports Medicine personal training certification and several mind-body certifications through AAAI/ISMA and Les Mills. She recently completed a RYT 200-hour certification at Nourishing Storm, which she pursued to deepen her understanding of yoga philosophy and history, postures, and mindful practice.

When she’s not guiding students on the mat, Beth enjoys spending time outdoors—biking, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and exploring new destinations on road trip adventures. Her two adult daughters often join her practice from their own mats, usually online. Beth’s teaching philosophy is rooted in meeting students wherever they are on their journey and helping them cultivate strength, balance, and serenity through mindful movement.
