Yoga Instructor

Yasmine walked into a Yoga studio in 2012 and it became her second home for several years. She used to suffer from asthma and depression, which through consistent daily practice soon disappeared. So she felt inspired to learn more about the healing powers of Yoga and share with others. She left her career as a fashion designer behind and went to India to learn the ancient science of Yoga and Ayurveda. She’s been teaching since 2017 and loves supporting healing on and off the mat. Her classes are designed to connect and create harmony between mind, body and heart.
