Karina Arrieta

Yoga Instructor

Karina started practicing yoga in college in a way to move her body and release some stress.  Each time she found herself on a yoga mat, she couldn't help but feel so curious about how yoga would make her feel closely connected to her body and the universe around her.

She joined the Nourishing Storm YTT after she had attended classes for two years.  It is through this amazing experience, that Karina has found what yoga truly means to her: a deep connection to the self in body, mind and spirit, but also a much deeper love and appreciation for the practice of yoga and its benefits.

As a teacher, Karina hopes to inspire people to find a deeper connection to their bodies through the practice of yoga and movement. She aims to motivate people to grow and challenge themselves while offering a safe and welcoming space.

Off the mat, Karina enjoys nature walks, traveling, spending time connecting with her two daughters and her fur baby, Coal.
