I have dabbled in yoga, mostly at home. With growing physical tightness and the stress from years of business ownership it became clear that I needed more than weight lifting or an occasional vacation. I also wanted to add some regular meditation practice but being a physical/busy type I found sitting still challenging if not annoying.

The first time I walked into the cafe at Nourishing Storm, I sensed an obvious feeling of community and then taking classes at all levels, whether I spoke to anyone or not, there was a feeling of non competitive and supportive camaraderie. After practicing for months, I feel stretched physically and mentally and I find myself craving a class and especially the stillness of meditation afterwards. I love being part of this community!
