Kristin is a yoga teacher, student, mom, holder of space (yoga studio, shop and cafe), lover of nature and life, traveler, adventurer and even more then all that a mentor that LOVES helping others find their path and do what they feel called to do while staying balanced with work/home/health, enjoying the ride, and seeing so much beauty along the way!
Kristin received her training as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. Drawing on these skills from IIN, along with over 500 dedicated hours of Yoga Training, and starting/running businesses for the past 20 years she now works in private and group sessions, helping clients find their authentic selves by setting goals and action steps that align with their true nature, providing a wealth of support and love along the way.
When she is not dancing at “the Storm” or exploring the trails with her two little gurus and puppy, she is traveling throughout the country helping entrepreneurs start and run their juice bars + wellness businesses. She believes that with the right passion, support and a healthy foundation in health, home and work- anything and everything is possible.

Terri Clime Palacio

Terri is a holistic health coach, yoga teacher, mom, traveler, scuba-diver, and nature lover, especially, all things related to the ocean.
Terri’s own health and wellness journey is what called her to leave the corporate world and become a holistic health coach and yoga teacher. She was trying to be perfect at all the roles in life such as career, parent, caregiver, spouse, etc. Stress and the never-ending juggling act caught up to her. Health issues and anxiety ensued. She studied holistic approaches such as nutrition, yoga, and mindfulness to help her find balance.
She loves sharing what she learned and helping others get to where they want to be on their health and wellness journey. She is a good listener and compassionate. She easily relates to her clients because she personally had her own struggles.
As a holistic health coach, she provides one-on-one attention. She listens to your story and takes a 360-degree approach to your health and well-being. Together, you will explore everything from the food you are eating, to your relationships, career, physical activity, spirituality, etc. She helps you get to the heart of why you want to make changes.
Together you create a wellness vision and make a mindful plan for your journey to optimal health and well-being, using clear, achievable and objectifiable goals.
Terri works as a “guide on the side,” helping hold you accountable. It’s a very organic process, driven by your current needs.

She Moves Mountains Women's Retreat
What is the mountain you need to climb? And, more importantly, what will it take to get you up and over the top?
In order to conquer any great mountain (obstacle, fear, etc.), we must prepare by laying the foundation and gathering the tools needed to get us to the top. In this powerful weekend, we will be telling our stories, getting clear about our mountains, and then charting maps to get us up and over.
Led by Kristin April 29th-May 1st 2022 at Sky Island Bed and Breakfast in Upper Black Eddy, PA
How it works:
We meet on online (over zoom) or in person at the Storm Life coaching office (122 N. York rd. Suite 6 Hatboro, PA)
We set days/times and frequency for our meetings (weekly, monthly, etc.)
You practice and apply everything we talked about in between sessions.
At our sessions we ask questions, go deep, set goals, practice the tools together and continue to do the work to create the life of your dreams!
And then of course, you move mountains!
All coaching packages booked get a free copy of Spiraling to Wellness Layer 1 or 2, a journal by Kristin Ritter that asks powerful questions and provides inspiration in the way of awareness, movement and nutrition, three transformative paths to wellness.
