Shannon started practicing yoga while in college and quickly realized how helpful it was for relieving stress and learning how to breath. Fast forward two years and she is now a Nourishing Storm Ambassador and 200-hour certified yoga instructor! Shannon works in the cafe on Wednesday evenings and is so excited to take in all that yoga has to offer. She has future goals of learning and practicing energy work and maybe even owning her own yoga studio one day.
