Private Sessions

Private Sessions are wonderful ways to be introduced to Yoga and get a personal class designed just for you and your needs. Sessions typically last an hour with a few minutes to meet before and after class.   Each session is developed to help you reach your personal goals whether you are looking for flexibility, balance, strength, inner peace or all of those mentioned. If you are new to Yoga and want to meet one on one, Private Sessions are a great way to get started.

$100 (1-2 people) per session

In-class semi-private sessions are also available upon request. You can book in your favorite class and with your favorite additional teacher.

Book within your first month for $55.

2-6 people

Group Sessions

Group Sessions are for those who want to practice with a few people in the comfort of a home or at our studio space. The sessions can be customized by themes to meet the needs of the group and build a deeper connection. Whether you want to practice as a family or with a group of friends or colleagues, group sessions are perfect for 2 or more individuals.

$100 minumim for 2 people; Add $20 per additional person

Discount rates apply for those booking more then five or more sessions and for those in financial need.

Spiraling to Wellness

Each month at Nourishing Storm we explore a universal theme such as love, connection, beauty, trust, bliss, joy and even persistence, balance, strength, power and more! 

You can join us by attending one of our theme inspired classes or events, trying one of our nourishing sips or bites in the cafe, or by exploring the journal (Layer 1 and 2 released- first 24 themes) on your own in the books or with a group! Private Coaching also available with the author and contributing healers.  

Upcoming Adventures

Live By the Sun, Love by the Moon Yoga & Camping Adventure

On this two night yoga & camping adventure into beautiful French Creek State Park, we will be hitting the trails and finding our practice among new terrain by day and sleeping under the stars (and a full moon on Saturday the 14th) along with cooking up tasty treats at the bonfire by night. This retreat is about celebrating our connection to nature, to ourselves and to all those that surround you.
