“You don’t always need a plan; sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens” -Mandy Hale
Michelle has also been interested in health and wellness through diet, supplements, and exercise, but only discovered yoga about 4 years ago. Most of her career has been in the high-stress, demanding pharmaceutical industry, so yoga and meditation appeared in her life with perfect timing. As she began a more regular yoga practice, she noticed improvements in her strength, flexibility, and balance. Most importantly however, she noticed a shift in her awareness of her own body and in her ability to stay in the present moment. This shift in awareness has affected her in countless ways, including a decrease in anxiety, a general increase in feeling grounded, and a willingness to try new and unfamiliar experiences. One of the new challenges was to complete her 200-hour RYT training. Michelle is now looking forward to deepening my own practice, and sharing it with others as a yoga and meditation instructor.
