Laura Hall

“Laura began practicing yoga regularly in 2015. After years of sports and high-impact exercise, she was craving something more gentle, soothing, and restorative. She had taken yoga classes sporadically in the past, but after committing to a regular practice, she began to see improvements in her strength, balance, and flexibility. Laura also began to notice changes in other areas of her life – she was experiencing less anxiety and was learning to stay calm and present in challenging situations. Laura completed her 200-hour RYT Teacher Training at Nourishing Storm in 2019.

Laura says, “Yoga helped me reconnect with myself after years of feeling disconnected and disembodied. My journey with yoga thus far has been life-changing and I’m looking forward to sharing it with others.”
