I never expected to be Yogi of the month but am sincerely gracious for this honor! I have been practicing yoga for the past 4-5 years and it has become an integral part of my life. My practice has progressed significantly during that time. There are positions that I couldn’t even come close to performing, such as cow, that I can almost manage to get down now! Poses such as a headstand weren’t even a thought when I first began. Now they are a reality. I love to stretch out my hips and wouldn’t be surprised if many of the instructors know that pigeon is my favorite pose! Yoga keeps my mind centered and my muscles limber! The staff at Nourishing Storm are down to earth and fantastic people to be around!
