Donna was introduced to yoga 20 plus years ago and weaved it throughout her exercise regimen along with strength training and running ever since. Always feeling a deeper connection beyond the physical practice and a desire to learn more, she enrolled in teacher training at Nourishing Storm and gained her RYT200 certificate. Never really knowing where this was going to take her, she is now teaching classes and happy to share this very special practice with others.
When she is not on her mat, Donna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, experimenting with new recipes, kayaking and watching the sunrise.
