Deepa, originally from India, is a strong believer in yoga and its philosophy.
A software engineer by profession, she holds more than 10 years experience working in corporate and is a mother of 5 year old. Once, suggested by a friend, she stepped into a local studio’s yoga class. Soon after, she started practicing yoga twice a week and then every single day. She could notice changes physically with mental peace and clarity of thoughts. After a few years of self practice, she knocked the doors of Storm for 200Hrs training. Deepa wants to spread the light of yoga and to bring the benefits of yoga to all beings.
Deepa’s approach to yoga remains focused on the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. Her classes focus on Vinyasa Flow where you can expect to move, sweat, and breathe with creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to deepen your practice.
