Dan Duggan

“Your focus determines your reality” – Qui-Gon Jinn, Star Wars

Dan, a runner for many years, started practicing yoga in 2013 as a form of cross-training.  He was introduced to meditation the following year and he quickly discovered the positive impacts that both yoga and meditation had on his life.  His interest in history eventually led him to read about the origins and philosophy of yoga.  He then realized that yoga was much more than a physical practice.

When he found Nourishing Storm, he decided to deepen his understanding of yoga and complete the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program.  He now looks forward to sharing his passion for yoga and meditation with others and hopes that the practice can benefit them as it has him.

In addition to yoga, Dan is also dedicated to maintaining a healthy diet.  He enjoys cooking healthy meals, making healthy desserts, and sharing them with family and friends.
